    We ordered this blind for store collection. When we unwrapped it the metal bar was very damaged and dented. The product had to be returned. We went back to the store and arranged a replacement. The second blind came to store 5 days later and this was also damaged. In a different place, dented and could not be used. We returned this and did not bother a third time!

    Really pleased with these blinds. The quality is much better than the cheaper PVC Venetian blinds I’ve had before – these feel sturdy and more premium. The grey is a lovely tone, not too dark or too light. Easy to install, and simple to remove extra slats as the drop was slightly too long. Definitely worth it for the quality.
