It’s overall a nice individual blind but let down by the little things, the cord is poor the clamping mechanism is poor, the cleat winder so poor it’s pointless, but it’s low cost so that is not so surprising. But what’s not ok it the lack of continuity. Small it may be but the wood slat used to velcro over the metal top is wood and sits flat and the mdf and molded to have a ridge either side. Cut cost if you must but when you buy a set you expect the design to be the same throughout the various designs

Purchased as a replacement for my daughters bedroom as she had broken the ones already in there(who knows how) we have had these all round our house for a year or so and they are decent and clean well, very pleased with them.

Ordering the white basswood 25mm blind was easy as usual. Did via the app – not available to collect, home delivery from company only.
Delivery said within 5 days from company but it arrived in 2 so was very impressed.
It’s a lovely blind, the white is quite a nice bright white, fits the window well although I had to remove some slats (13 of them) which I knew I’d have when buying it due to drop size.
But it was ok and very easy to do albeit a little fiddly.
As some reviews have mentioned it could do with an extra bracket in the middle as I’d think if I’d used all the slats it would bow slightly in the middle as it is fairly heavy….. needed 2 people to put up.
It comes with an extra slat to cover the top brackets – is he’d on with Velcro and it’s not very sticky as such and kept falling off so have left it down.
It still looks ok without it so for me it’s not a problem.
Overall it’s a very nice blind for the price, slightly flimsy but it’s fine for where I have it in the kitchen – so far it’s good, not been up long so time will tell how it wears etc.

Easy and quick to install. Looks nice. Only criticism is that the wooden dowel used to rotate the slats is very short. I have to tiptoe and stretch up to reach it. I’m 5’ 3” for reference.

Can’t complain for the price. Well packed and a very reasonable finish. Easy to put up except for getting the drop control string to match; to be fair think that’s me. The wood is a little thin so I am not sure how durable in the long term it will be, but if you don’t need to continually rise and drop the blind it should be ok. Will remember to check Argos in future.
